It’s a good idea to contact us immediately if any of the following conditions occur:
• Damage or theft of property you own or that is in your care, custody or control;
• Injuries occurring to individuals while on your property or in your care, custody or control;
• Any lawsuits filed against you seeking compensation for either of the above.
You may find contact information for the adjuster assigned to your claim simply by logging into your account online and selecting “CLAIMS” in the header.

A claims adjuster will be assigned to your claim within 24 hours of being reported and their contact information will automatically be available in your online account within the CLAIMS section. Since each claim is unique, individual claim handling time may vary. We will work together with you to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
Claims FAQ
A deductible is the portion of a covered loss for which you are responsible. For instance, if you have a covered loss amount of $6,000 and a deductible of $1,000, you would be responsible for the first $1,000 and your insurance would cover the remaining $5,000.
Yes. We recommend that you secure your property and take proper steps to limit any further damage. Please retain your receipts, because in most instances of covered loss and subject only to your policy limitations, we will reimburse you for monies spent in this regard.
We recommend that you get at least two estimates, preferably three because the cost to repair or replace property may vary considerably by the vendor chosen. However, do not wait for estimates to report your claim. Your claim adjuster can provide additional information on how to obtain estimates.

Legal Liability may result when a person or organization is responsible for something that causes injury to another person or their property.
If you’re concerned that someone may file a liability claim against your organization, we recommend that you contact our claims department to discuss the circumstances of the event in question and continue to provide any updates that may occur.
You should provide immediate assistance and ensure the proper authorities are contacted for support. You shouldn’t make any statements of fault or promises to pay another party. It’s certainly appropriate to let the injured party know that you’ll report the event to your insurance company for proper handling.
You should contact our claims department immediately to discuss any knowledge you may have regarding the details and events leading up to the lawsuit as well as the details of the lawsuit itself. You will be asked to provide a copy of the lawsuit and any other documentation you received related to the matter.
